Don Diego Leather inspects every item before shipping. Satisfaction is guaranteed against defects in workmanship ONLY. No refund will be given on custom made items.

All payments must be in US funds collectible in a US bank.

WARNING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Due to the fact that we produce all our items to our customer's specifications, each order that meets this criteria is considered custom made. Therefore will we make NO REFUND. Don Diego Leather makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that there is a manufacturing error we will of course, correct or replace the item at our discretion, but will not make a refund. Under exceptional circumstances, we may allow (at our discretion) a credit but we will apply a 25% re-stocking fee. We are not responsible for items sent to us without an authorization number and your package will be refused by us. So please request by e-mail an authorization number.

All shipping time is approximately from the date we receive your order. Should you require an item for a specific date, please state so at the time you order.

If there will be a delay due to an unpredictable demand we will inform you as to the new shipping date by e-mail, phone, Fax or letter.

Shipping Times
2 weeks for concealment holsters, magazine holders, belts and cellular phone cases 3 to 6 weeks for cowboy holsters, cartridge belts, and single or double rigs For custom orders we will provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Charges
USA, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands

Shipping prices outside the United States and its Territories will be charged as quoted by the US Postal Service. Please e-mail us for a shipping quotation.

All shipments are sent by Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation unless another method is requested.
